In order to run these games, you may require one or more of these DLLs. Depending on the type of operating system you have, you would dump these files into your Windows (system) folder- although I cannot guarantee that these games would run on any operating system older than Windows 2000. Windows 2000, XP and Vista would require you to dump these files into the (System 32) folder. I have packed all of these files into one self-extracting file- all you need to do is specify the destination folder. 007: Golden Eye

GoldenEye 007's menu system is presented as an MI6 dossier. Four save files are available to track the player's progress through the game's twenty missions, each of which may be played on "Agent", "Secret Agent" or "00-Agent" difficulty settings, with higher difficulties requiring the player to complete additional and more complex objectives. M, Q, and Miss Moneypenny provide background information on the chosen mission and its goals.

Aerofighters Assault
The game is arcade style, meaning that the object is to go through the entire game and score as many points as possible. Points are awarded for having all wingmen survive, how many defensive countermeasures and special weapons the player has remaining, and how many hits the plane has remaining when the stage ends.

Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker (N64)

Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker was released by Ubisoft for Nintendo 64, in December 2000 in North America and January 2001 in Europe. The game was released to coincide with the film. Similar to games like Final Fight, Batman Beyond plays as a Beat 'em up-type game where the player, as Batman, wanders through levels that are essentially side-scrolling, but have some depth to allow for three dimensional movement.

Bloody Roar 2, is a brawler video game developed by Eighting/Raizing in 1999. C-12 Final Resistance (PSX)

C-12: Final Resistance is a video game developed by SCE Studio Cambridge for the PlayStation. The story is set in the future, as aliens have invaded in an attempt to harvest all of the Earth's carbon resources (C-12 is a reference to 12C, the most abundant isotope of carbon). The player uses Lieutenant Riley Vaughan, a cybernetically altered human soldier, and member of the underground resistance. The player undertake missions played out in a 3rd person view, killing aliens and cyborgs, collecting weapons and keys, and the like. An interesting feature is that of a sniper sight ability, where the player can try to get headshots (which will kill most enemies instantly).

Capcom vs SNK Pro (PSX)
The SNK vs. Capcom series is a collection of video games by either Capcom or SNK featuring characters that appear in games created by both of these two companies. The "vs. series" terminology originates from the fact that many of these games (but not all) are fighting games.Capcom vs. SNK utilizes a "ratio" system, in that the "ratio" is a rating of a character's overall strength, ranging from 1 to 4. Teams of up to four can be assembled, but their combined ratios must equal and go no higher than 4. The gameplay uses the SNK-style four-button format.

CT Special Forces (PSX)
CT Special Forces is a run and gun video game for PlayStation developed by Light and Shadow Productions and published by Hip Interactive. CT Special Forces received mostly above average reviews; the game received a 71% and 72% from MetaCritic and Game Rankings respectively. Most critics noted its similar appearance to the Metal Slug games. GameZone praised the game, noting that small gameplay details made the game a true "a must have".

Cruisin' USA

Players race down one-way courses consisting of streets vaguely based on real-life locations. While racing, they do their best to avoid various road hazards such as oncoming traffic and construction. Players chose between seven different cars to race with. As in most racing games, the car can simulate either an automatic or manual transmission.

Killer Instinct Gold

Mortal Kombat 4 (N64)
 Mortal Kombat 4 is played in a similar way to the previous titles from the series. It introduces a limited weapon system, allowing one to take out a weapon using a set button combination, having an almost completely new movelist for the said character. The weapons can also be thrown and dropped, in similar fashion as the arena objects. If an opponent's weapon is dropped the other character is able to hold it and use it. By sidestepping the player is able to move the camera, making both characters unable to hold up the weapons or objects they had in the ground. MK4 added a "Maximum Damage" cap to the game's combo system, automatically breaking off combos if they deal over a set amount of damage to a player and, thus, preventing infinite combos (although this cap can be removed with a code).

Mario Kart 64

Mario Kart 64 is the sequel to Super Mario Kart for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. Changes from the original include the move to 3D and the inclusion of four-player support. Players take control of characters from the Mario universe, who race around a variety of tracks with items that can either harm opponents or aid the user. The move to three-dimensional graphics allowed for track features not possible with the original game's Mode 7 graphics, such as changes in elevation, bridges, walls, and pits. However, the characters and items remained 2D pre-rendered sprites.

Capcom's Pocket Fighter (PSX)

Super Gem Fighter Mini Mix, released in Japan as Pocket Fighter (ポケットファイター?), is a fighting game released by Capcom in September 1997 for the CPS II arcade system. It was ported to the PlayStation (which retained the Pocket Fighter title for its American and European release), as part of the Street Fighter Alpha Anthology. The game uses the same super deformed character designs previously used in Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo, a puzzle game by Capcom featuring their fighting game characters. The roster includes characters from Street Fighter Alpha, Darkstalkers, Street Fighter III, and the CPS III arcade game Red Earth. It also features many cameos from various Capcom games scattered in the background of the stages, such as Balrog, Demitri, etc.

StreetFighter Alpha 3 (PSX)
Street Fighter Alpha 3, known as Street Fighter Zero 3 (ストリートファイターZERO 3?) in Japan and Asia, is a 1998 fighting game by Capcom originally released for the CPS II arcade hardware. It is the third game in the Street Fighter Alpha series, following Street Fighter Alpha: Warriors' Dreams and Street Fighter Alpha 2. The gameplay system from the previous Alpha games was given a complete overhaul with the addition of three selectable fighting styles based on Street Fighter Alpha (A-ism), Street Fighter Alpha 2 (V-ism), and Super Street Fighter II Turbo (X-ism), new stages, a much larger roster of characters, and for the first time since the original Street Fighter II, new theme music for all the returning characters.

StreetFighter EX2 Plus (PSX)
Street Fighter EX2 is a 2D head-to-head fighting game with 3D graphics, co-produced by Capcom and Arika originally released in 1998. It is a sequel to the original Street Fighter EX, a 3D spinoff of the Street Fighter series. An updated version of the game titled Street Fighter EX2 Plus was released in 1999 for the arcades as well and subsequently ported to the PlayStation.
The original version of Street Fighter EX2 retains all the features from the previous game, Street Fighter EX Plus, including original features such as "Guard Breaks" (unique moves which cannot be blocked by an opponent) and "Super Canceling" (the ability to cancel a Super Combo into another Super Combo). The primary new feature in the game are "Excel Combos", ("excel" being abbreviation for "extra cancel").

Tekken 3 (PSX)
Tekken 3 is the third installment in the Tekken fighting game series. It was the last installment of Tekken for the PlayStation. It was released for the PlayStation in 1998, and in 2005 for the PlayStation 2 as part of Tekken 5's Arcade History mode. The PlayStation version is widely regarded as one of the greatest games of its genre.

Test Drive 6 (PSX)
Test Drive 6 is a cross-platform racing game in 1999. It is the sixth entry in the Test Drive series of video games. Cop Chase mode is expanded to allow player to earn credits for every arrested vehicle, which can be used to wage bets in single race and tournaments. Challenge mode allows player to earn credits by completing the course within the posted time limit. In Single Race, player can wage 500-2000 credits per race. The opponent vehicles have the same class as player's chosen vehicle.
In Tournament, player must have at least 1 vehicle of a particular class to compete in tournaments of the respective class. There are 2 tournaments per class.

The Incredible Hulk-2003 (PSX)
Hulk is a video game sequel to the 2003 movie of the same name. It was developed by Radical Entertainment. A signature feature is the star of the film, Eric Bana, who reprises his role of Bruce Banner.The game begins in a dream sequence, where a man, Bruce Banner (Eric Bana), transforms into a large and powerful monster, dubbed the Hulk, and destroys waves of soldiers and tanks sent by the military to destroy him. Upon awakening, Bruce Banner is contacted by his old mentor, Dr. Crawford, who explains that he has developed a cure for the Hulk called the Gamma Orb, but military troops have raided the lab.

Vigilante 8: Second Offensive (PSX)
Vigilante 8: 2nd Offense (known as Vigilante 8 2nd Battle in Japan) is a vehicular combat video game released for the PlayStation on December 1, 1999. It is the sequel to Vigilante 8.
The purpose of the game is to control a vehicle and eliminate all other vehicles in the arena with the use of weapons and upgrades. The player can choose to play through a story mode, Quest Mode, or play with an assorted number of bots, players choice, in Arcade mode. Second Offense introduced the Salvage points system, which allows the player to upgrade their vehicle by collecting "Salvage Points" from destroyed opponents.
